Angelynn Meya is a Paris-based writer who practices international law and was drawn to her career by the desire to make a modest positive impact in the world. Impassioned by nature, history and cultural exchange, she was “called” to the Spanish Camino in 2012 after being confronted with an unexpected life challenge. The experience touched her deeply and she has since walked several sections of the French and Spanish routes. During that time, she recognized the need for an English-language guide book to the Via Podiensis, the popular route to Santiago that begins in Le Puy-en-Velay, France. Through the Lightfoot Guide to the Via Podiensis Angelynn hoped to make this extraordinary trail across France more accessible to the English speaking community.
