What is the format of the GPS data?

The data comprises all of the numbered waypoints that correspond to the instructions in the book. The files are in Garmin gpx format.

If you need the data in another format then GPSBabel is a widely used tool.

    thank you for the Lightfoot guide for Via Francigena. Presently I have the 2nd volume and interested in the GPS waypoints. I do not know how to download from web-site and maybe missing a link in my attempts. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
