Yesterday’s rain storms have provoked a further rockfall blocking the path from Bovernier to Sembrancher. There are also rockfalls on the road from Vans to Sembrancher leaving the only alternatives as walking the dangerous road or taking the bus or train from Martigny or Bovernier to Sembrancher or Orsieres.
Recent reports suggest some repairs have been completed but passage remains risky on the path – 31/7/2022
